What This Warranty Covers

This One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in brand footwear. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please note that warranty is only valid in the U.S.

How Long This Warranty Lasts.

This Limited Warranty lasts for one year from the date of purchase. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product.

What We Will Do

GoRunMiami.com will inspect the Footwear at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the Footwear has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the item. We expect to replace or repair items within 4-6 weeks of inspection. However, depending on the season, inventory level, or product it may take longer to replace certain items. If the defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a product of comparable style and color at our discretion. We will discard your product if it is covered under our Limited Warranty when we assist in providing an alternative, yet comparable product. If you would like your original product returned instead of receiving a comparable replacement, please call us, no later than 20 days after you ship your product.

How to Get Warranty Service

In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you. You may also send your pair of footwear to us. Footwear must be cleaned prior to shipment according to its care instructions. Please include your completed warranty form, or include a cover letter with your name, address, daytime phone number, e-mail address, and a brief description of the problem. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.
